Could this be a Pearl I found on the beach?

Hi,
we are vacationing in Florida right now and I found this object on the Beach today.
It's a very very light pink. At first I thought it's a glass marbel but it feels to light for glass.
It doesn't Look like my pearls at home but then I don't own any natural pearls.
I'll be happy to hear some opinions from you.

Sure, I tried to take a few pictures but they have not turned out Great since I only have my phone to take them.

Interesting. It looks like some kind of glass bead.

Glass bead was my first thought aus well but it feels too light for glass. And there are no holes or signs of handling.
And it's too small for a marbel - at least the European marbels I know.

Glass was my first impression as well. If not glass, then maybe ceramic. There are many spherical objects manufactured, not just marbles...I don't think it's a pearl.

Marbles come in all sizes, but my first thought is that it looks like the beads that you put in the bottom of floral arrangements to keep the stems perfect. Those are usually glass, and decorative as well as functional.

I was thinking that, too. I was just at the craft store and saw bags of them in assorted sizes, the white ones look like that.
