Can't find matching pearls for these!

Hi! Anyone have any ideas about these pearls? They are biwa looking, quite large (about 8 x 13mm) and have a lovely lustre. They are vintage and inherited from another jeweller, but I am almost out and need to source some more. I've searched high and low but can't find any!

Any help would be much appreciated
