Are these South Sea Pearls? Is it worth the $$$?

I am a pearl newbie. Can you guys help me with my recent purchase. The seller said these are south sea pearls. I bought it for $600. 14k white gold. 14mm. Is this worth my buck? I would really appreciate feedbacks. Thanks so much.

There are a lot of blemishes, but they are large pearls, so the price doesn't seem out of line. To me, it's all about the luster. The blemishes are consistent with South Sea- I suppose as long as they are positioned on the sides so anyone else doesn't see them when you wear them then they are ok.

I too would probably have gone with very large, AAA or Gem grade FW although they are a bit more difficult to find- with Blaire's link being the exception lol!
