Are these real pearls?

This necklace is 34 inches in length.
Clasp that says silver.
Cold to the touch
Not hallow.
No knot between pearls.
Looks to be a heavy plastic string.
Not sure, but I think the stone bead is green prase and gold plated spacers.

I also vote for fake.
The surface looks like some imitation pearls I bought at T J Maxx some years ago. The brand was Lucoral and they were labeled freshwater pearls, but when I got them home and did a few simple tests on them, and examined them with a loupe, I realized they were fake and returned them.

I believe these are coated faux pearls, and the green beads might also be artificial (or may be green onyx?).
