Wow. That one is great to have a record of, over here. It has unusually large pearls! Can you get a larger version of the photo?
 
When I saw this amazing necklace on fb I suggested to Kari that she should post it over here, but she told me to do it. I'm guessing it is on consignment and there are only a few photos. I'll see if I can enlarge it, and replace the one I put up in the original post. Sorry, can't seem to alter the photo. I'm a photoshop complete failure.

It did not sell, it's on ebay now for $155,000 along with a smaller three strand necklace for $60,000. ~d
 
EBay is a dumb place to sell a necklace like that. it should go to Christies or Bonhams and its size alone could get it far more, if the usual frenzy happens. The pearls aren't round, but they are so big and lustrous, I think the necklace could fetch a lot more , if it weren't being sold in such a stupid venue for for an "Important" necklace!
