Thanks for bringing this interesting bracelet to our attention. The pearls are dyed freshwater pearls, commercial quality. The value is in the sterling findings and the unusual frogs. I guess she is indicating the frogs are solid sterling silver also. For a piece to be vintage, I think it is supposed to be at least 20 years old; the pearls look somewhat newer to me. She suggests you can make her an offer, so if you really like it, do a little negotiating.

Good advice from Pattye. I concur. The value in the bracelet is in the cuteness and the silver. The pearls are definitely low grade, or "fun" pearls.

It IS really a cute bracelet! The findings and the frogs are eye-catching. The pearls complement the findings well although they are commercial grade FW, I agree with Pattye and GemGeek.
