Thank you ladies! Katbran, this time it was Cees who send me a picture of a ring like this and I feel he knows my taste now because it was what I had in mind! Cricket Bug, this is a Jewelmer pearl and the size is 12.60mm, the ring is size 7. Hope that helps!

In the third picture, the pearl looks like it's in a little dress jacket with the diamond circles being the lapels of the jacket. Or a shawl/scarf wrapping around it. So unique!
