    365 Days of Pearls

Mmmm, Chubster has such fabulous luster, color and shape -- truly a special pearl! And, of course, the luster & overtones on that gold strand always make me drool. I missed you at the Ruckus, BN.

    2017 Ruckus Treasures

The Ruckus was so much fun -- full of wonderful friends and gorgeous pearls! I did a little shopping while I was there, lol. I waffled a bit, because I already have a few necklaces with GSS and WSS pearls, but I finally decided I had to have this 36" harvest rope. It has 4 pairs of bluish...

    Chipped Pearls

$20 does not cover the size difference -- you probably should have returned them at that point. It's very difficult now because you damaged them. If you can get a written evaluation showing the earrings we're grossly misrepresented, you might be able to get a partial refund. By any chance did...

You All See This PP Blog Post???

This rope is amazingly beautiful when you see it in person. The variety of shapes and shades of gold creates a stunning organic masterpiece. I especially adore the large golden and bi-color keshis - I'd be happy with a necklace of just the multi-size keshis. Plus my OCD side appreciates the...

    Kamoka coconut ring

Wow, I love that bright green pearl! What a lovely way to remember your special grandmother. My mom passed away a few months before I turned 45. I used part of her life insurance money to buy a special pair of earrings. I think of them as my final birthday gift from my jewelry loving mother.

First Day of June, the Month of the Pearl!

MSC, this was such a great idea for a thread. I have enjoyed seeing more of your lovely collection. I've been wearing pearls, at least earrings, every day, but I never seem to remember to take pictures before I take them off.

The WSS or Tahitian tin cup? Newberry has more than one long tin cup with big gold links, lol. I have pics I can add later.

    Pearl paradise clearance ring?

The retail price shown is $1174, not $1700. I can believe some jewelers would try to charge over $1000 for a ring like that. I agree with PD that you should focus on whether you like the ring. It is very pretty.

    365 Days of Pearls

I am so sorry to hear Pkinnew passed. I remember her posting that she was doing better. She was a great contributor to these boards. It is comforting to see that some of her beautiful pieces are still being worn proudly by members of the PG family. That gold and white SS strand is so stunning.

My Visit to Atlas Pearl farm in Bali

Thank you for sharing your journey with us, Red. The pearls you purchased are beautiful. I assume you are changing the pendant setting to yellow gold to match your little h keshi earrings? I do really like the red gold bale. Perhaps you can reuse it to set a colorful Tahitian or Fiji...
