    Could RD refer to rhodium plating over the silver? These days it seems sterling silver jewelry is usually rhodium plated to prevent tarnishing.

    The top-drilled egg shaped ones are cultured freshwater pearls from China. The graduated round neckace looks like imitation but the photo is not very clear. I would need to see better photos. Lay the necklace down against a neutral surface, like a paper towel, let us see the entire necklace...

    They appear to be dyed cultured freshwater pearls from China. 925 is sterling silver (i.e. 925 parts silver out of 1000). CP may be Carolyn Pollack (just from googling).

    That is often the case with less expensive glass imitation pearls, but not necessarily with higher end ones. Same goes for excess coating near drill holes or beveling of the bead near drill holes.

    I have owned imitation pearls that were not all exactly the same shape (the better to look real.) Imitation pearls also glide smoothly when rubbed against each other, while real pearls feel gritty. Also imitation pearls with a glass bead (which I think yours are) are warmer than real pearls...
