I'd say that the value in this is the design and execution that make it interesting and marketable to someone. The pearls themselves really have no value. I'd say that the stones are rose quartz, better than average and an interesting cut and that the beads and clasp look to really be silver...

They definitely look like Chinese Freshwaters that have been colored. The shapes and the size are consistent with that type, and also the large silver-colored clasp makes me lean towards that. The colors look nice, and you should wear them and enjoy them.

Actually this looks somewhat like a mother of pearl starter bead. Don't know what it would be doing there, unless as Caitlin said the nacre dissolved off of it.

I'm not an expert on natural pearls, bu it doesn't look like a pearl to me and I'm not sure what in the Atlantic Ocean would produce a pearl of that size and shape. I'll be curious as to what you find out.
