    Caitlin and Adeline, when it comes to Mabe Pearls there is a lot going on for years, just like in china there are a lot of fakes out there, some are just coated plastic which you can get the most funny fashion colors. The 'real' deal is however not dyed.

    Just to add regarding your question where we find/ on sale etc. Usually any blue gray pearl we list is sold within one day ;) From any visit to the farm we may only bring back one or two which are good quality, after all we hand select any of our pearls.. which is the biggest fun of all!!
