Will a pearl with a nucleus weigh more than an all nacre pearl of the same size?

A pearl with a bead should not weigh more than a pearl without, if the bead is composed of the material it is supposed to be composed of. The bead has to have the same density and coefficient of expansion as the nacre that surrounds it, otherwise it could potentially crack the nacre if the bead were to expand or contract at a different rate.
