What Size Are These Pearls?

I went into Shreeve and Company a few months ago and tried on a Mikimoto pearl necklace. I can't for the life of me remember what size they are - can the experts tell me please? For context, I am a 5' tall (fun size)

I'm guestimating 11-13mm or so, or 11.5-12.5...about that size. Based on number of pearls and the length.

Of course I couldn't help myself....I went back to Shreve and tried on another strand of Mikimoto SS pearls. I believe they are 16"



This time I wrote down the size! 12.9-12mm SS pearls for $32,000

Earrings are 11-11.5mm

Stunning pearls ... the price , while pretty steep, doesn't surprise me as they would be perfect , I saw similar at Paspaley . They are pearls at another level for sure. But you don't need to spend that to have a lovely strand ..will it be the same ..probably not ...does it matter ...probably not
