What kind of pearls are these?

I bought it because of the sterling silver cross...then my mom said those pearls were real. Just wondering what kind they are and if they might even be worth anything. I got the bracelet insanely cheap at a garage sell.

Those are freshwater pearls. They are "real" as opposed to manufactured. They are not expensive, so you get a lot of bang for your buck.
