What is this type of pearl necklace called?

This is type of pearl necklace so distinctive & to me classic, but I have never known the actual name. Is there are real name to this other than button pearl necklace? (Is "the Pearl Railroad" okay?)

What an unusual drilling technique on the button pearls. I don't think it has a name. But it's a great way to make sure the button pearls all lay the same way.

I don’t have a name for the actual pattern, but I have these stretchy rings that I got in the early 2000’s when I was in Maui. My mom had a whole collar/scarf made of several rows in this pattern that is somewhere in my house, but I have no idea where.

I've seen those too but never heard of a specific name for them. They look like they would be very comfortable to wear.
