Vintage Akoya pearl necklace

Hi! I've been reading this forum for a few months and have learned a lot about pearls but I still can't identify the real pearls. I came across this strand of pearl necklace but am not sure if it's real cultured vintage Akoya. Could the please experts help me? I prefer vintage because I read that the nacre is much thicker and lasts longer.

Unless it is fake, it has to be akoya from the uniformity and roundness of the pearls, but whichever it is, it is very lovely. I presume you read about the tooth test and it passed, so my vote goes for akoya.
Really shiny pearls, great size, excellent length immanently wearable, you learned enough to pick well, or you learned enough to be fooled by only the best imatation around. Either way, you win!
