Trying to educate myself a bit

Hey y'all, I recently came into more jewelry from my grandmother than I know what to do with in two life times. I was hoping to get put on the right track about what these might be, I did the tooth test and the feel gritty, lighter didn't melt it but that's as far as I've gone. I lan to give them away but I want to know what I'm actually giving away. I can upload more pictures of that helps but thank you in advance
