I'm bought out. Nothing for me. Plus the only ones I would have been attracted to were the SS baroques, and they were goners!

I thought about the pistachio, again I can't wear those
Besides, I just bought a bike with the intention to take Borda the dog for a run or two in future, so all spent up!
So nothing for me this time

My Husband has wanted a single pearl "man pendant necklace" as he calls them for quite a while. With those prices. I ordered him two, the Fresh water white and Fresh water black. For our anniversary in January. Tee Hee boy will he be surprised... Now he can choose which one he wants to wear with his garb and which ones he wants to wear with his everyday clothing. Pictures to follow I hope...
Time to get off the Computer to finish packing, then to sleep for a long day of last minute errands and drive for the long season ahead.
Looking forward to seeing what everyone’s Holiday report will be when I can catch up when I return!

Just drooling, here. I bought a lot of pearls this year and have yet to string a few; I need to leave myself money for wire and findings as well.

Pearloutlet Christmas sale ... got the Vietnamese baroque akoya necklace. Didn't want to post this until I received confirmation that it shipped (I'm superstitious that way). We had purchased the bracelet along with some freshwater necklaces at their black Friday sale, then went back for the necklace. (Both necklace and bracelet were initially listed on the Christmas sale page too, but only for an extremely short time as I gather there was only one or two of each still in stock at the time.)
While picking up daughter from school just now, not only did the shipping notice arrive via email, but our mom-and-pop jewelry store also called and left a message. Some of our loot from *their* sale is now ready for pick-up, as well as a silver tie tac I'm having made for hubby with the Chinese characters 'fu' and 'nu' (father and daughter). I need to re-check my calendar. Today is apparently the 25th, and no one told me.

I received my package today. I got a Tahitian pendant. I meant to get it as a gift, but I decided to keep it. It's very good value for the money. There are only 8 left. I requested Terry to pick a blue or aqua color. Second choice would be peacock. I got my first choice. The pearl is very lustrous, clean and is 10.71 mm.

There are some wrinkly pearls, as you can see from the picture. But the orient on some of them are really nice: mostly green and slight pink, just like the picture. Fortunately, I don't look ghastly wearing it. This is much better on me than deep gold.

Congratulations Cathy. The two SS champagne baroque strands we had went so quickly, I was amazed. It seems that baroque is in this year; we are selling them as quickly as we are getting them in stock.

Antbody know who got the baby SS's? That would have been my first pick. They were great!
