I'm sorry if this question has been discussed before, I'm new to this forum and couldn't find any information.
What organization in French Polynesia oversees pearl industry in the country? Is there any organization which sets up quality standards? I understand that in 1993 GIE Perles de Tahiti was established with that purpose, but last time the GIE was mentioned in 2009, is it dissolved? If it is then which organization took its place?
