The Chinese have advanced the culturing of nucleated freshwater pearls a great deal. Have they or when will they be at the stage where we have trouble identifying them from baroque or even semi baroque South sea pearls?
I cannot find any later research than this article below on your website or in Gems and Gemolgy. Is there any ore current information available.
