Please help identify my pearl collection

I have some lovely pieces which I have kept for a long time inherited from my grandma which I would love to get some further information on their potential origins please.

Hallmarks on the single strand pieces are JKa 375

They are both baroque Chinese freshwater pearl strands. The first strand is a second-generation necklace. In other words, a pearl was harvested and the shell returned to the water to grow another pearl, which is gives it this unique shape. The second strand is baroque. The style of shape is often called nugget.
