Well I have another one for you guys! Missed these on my first sort of the box I got at the estate sale, but on closer inspection the hoops are 14k (yay! And double yay for cheap chinese loupes off of Amazon cause I never would have seen that with my own eyes! haha!) and these, which I thought were cheap plastic beads, are actually "tooth gritty." The last photo shows a weird nacerous "patch" too, or at least that's what I think it is. Are these dyed freshwater coin? They're approx 10mm in diameter.

They kind of look like MOP (shell) that has been dyed...but they also look like they could be fun to wear! The gold hoops are definitely a score.

My guess is dyed mother of pearl. Fun, and you can't go wrong with karat gold!

No question they are dyed shell, which can be very cute.

Very pretty! I have a few necklaces entirely made of shell that I got in Easter Island for close to nothing and they are so pretty and fun to wear in the summer.
