You got a small "blister pearl" there...it's from a Tridacna species so it would be a nice collector's item, probably fetching some $100 USD, maybe a bit more, but maybe less, depending on the size of the shell.
Then again, this is a CITES protected species so it would be difficult and unlawful to commercialize.
