Pearl Xrays

Hi,

Just wanted some confirmation. I had some pearls Xrayed, I don't see too many xrays. I believe they are freshwater as I don't see any distinct boundaries. They are claimed to be Tahitian.

Experts please weigh in.

Please give photos, on white paper towel or napkin if possible. What size are the pearls? The shape certainly seems like fw. What is the story that goes with the pearls? Bought in person or online? Did your dentist do the xrays? I've only seen xrays here on P-G.

The only noteworthy contrasts in these views are from the drilled holes which indicate the xray was working correctly.

Definitely not Tahitian, as those pearls are strictly regulated as to nacre thickness and would normally be distinctly visible at this frequency. The are probably CFW pearls.
