Is there any machine can i buy to polish south sea pearls to increase the luster?

Welcome on P-G!
If nacre is dull, there are no ways to make it really more lustrous. That because size and building of aragonite crystals' nacre decide of the lustre quality, and you can't change this structure by polishing. SSP lustre is often smoother (satin aspect) than other pearls, that's not seen as a blemish
