Pearl Fishing in Beijing

Hi. I am shortly going to Beijing and heading straight for Li Ling Lin (is that a lady?) on the 4th floor. I would appreciate an update on an old forum post. For 18" China Freshwater, round white, with 12k clasp what sort of price in Yuan/RMB should I end up paying?

Please can you remind me what I have to ask for in terms of knotting and the end thread before the clasp itself.

Do I have to test Li Ling Lin pearls or can I assume they are real?

Can I mention JS or will that cost me another 10% (he he!)

Yes, I believe she is still on the 4th floor, although I haven't been to visit her in more than a decade. And yes, her pearls are real. Not so sure about the 10% though
