Almighty Google brought me here a couple of months ago and I am much inspired by all the gorgeous ladies and beautiful pearls in everyone’s posts.
I have got some pearls, thinking would be fun to post some pictures here.
There are some photos I have taken last year and earlier this year on the trip.
Maybe I will post those first and start taking new ones from tomorrow.


This one is a Tahitian keshi rope. I wore it in Maldives last Nov.

I agree, it looks like a photo from a travel magazine.

But, shouldn't "pearl dairy" have milk-white pearls? (j/k, I love a good typo).

I am so glad that many ladies here like keshi.
I am crazy about keshi.
The keshi picture in front of the water was taken before I dipped into the swimming pool of my villa. The reflextion was from swimming pool and beyond that was the Indian ocean.
Actually had brought a little necklace and took a photo too, but on the other side of the villa, on the bridge.
Why there was no neckshot of the little Edison necklace? I think you now probably all guessed right, yes, it drooped into the ocean when I was holding it up to take a photo, the sun was very strong, no chance to see what's on the phone screen , and it is windy .... and then... there it went into the water , just like Rose's the Heart of the Ocean, but with a lot less 0s on the price tag.
You can imagine how horrified I was, rushed into the water , one arm holding my phone up, the other arm streching deep in the water to reach the sand and trying to find the necklace. Luckily the water was very shallow, I saved it finally.
Washed it ,dried it and put it back in the cloth bag, and never took it out again, haha. Poor little Edison necklace.

LOL all the dairy references--- whipped cream, butter etc. I fixed the title-- maybe I ought to have left it "dairy"?

I love the tricolor strand! Such beautiful colors and luster!

Thanks for fixing my typo, Pearl Dream. Now I can get back to Keshi or some “greens” later , hehe.

Bought this Keshi necklace last month. I love the drop-shape keshi centerpiece. Large drop shape keshi in such good colour and quality is not easy to find. All the minions are GSS , WSS, and Tahitian keshi, some round and some baroque, in many colours. It is a clever combination, like the garden in Spring. A simple GSS and Tahitian keshi ring to match the Keshi necklace.
