Orient: Need help Identifying

Hi Guys,

I'm just now really learning about pearls, and I've read all about "orient". I think I know what it is, but....

So I'm attaching a photo that shows what I think is "orient", please let me know if I'm right or wrong. I think "orient" is that rainbow effect pictured.

Please educate me.

orient: Optical phenomenon that produces iridescent colors on the surface of some natural and cultured pearls. One or more of these factors creates orient: reflection, refraction, diffraction, and thin-film interference.

I can see a tiny hint of orient in one pearl pictured but that's not a great shot to demonstrate the effect, its very difficult to capture it with a camera - especially with round pearls. Here's a good example
