Newly educated Pearl "Expert"

Hi, I'm new to this field. I'm currently taking every pearl course I can find on line including Pearl As One. I'm hoping to be able to take the GIA pearl certification next. My goal is to be a bench worker...drilling, setting and stringing pearls. Does anyone have any advice on my next steps? I just ordered all my tools to begin practicing at home while watching numerous YouTube videos.
