my friend recently inherited this necklace from her late mother. Pearls are about 9mm and knotted with a silver clasp imbedded with what looks like marcasite to me.
She can’t remember when her mother got her but she thinks it’s been at least 20 years.
I’m interested in knowing if these are real or not (i know nothing about pearls so sorry if it’s blatantly obvious that they’re fake) and how old the necklace is if possible.
