Mikimoto Halloween collection?????

Mikimoto apparently has a Halloween collection. It's tacky. OK. The bat brooch on the right is cute. But no way am I paying >$5K for a coffin pendant with diamond floor sweepings and NO PEARL (thanks for noticing that, StarryPearl!).

Hmm...I saw this when I needed to know something from Mikimoto.....it feels like they took a look at fast fashion and said "that's a great idea".....

Wow, okay I was thinking "this is probably going to be right up my alley" because elevated goth pieces are my jam, but nah.
This is giving "drop-shipped from etsy for $15" or, I dunno, "sitting by the register at the Hallmark store". Who is this collection for? SHEIN aesthetic with a Mikimoto price tag and a baffling lack of pearls.

The only one that shows some creativity is the bat flying toward the full pearl moon and stars ... but yes, it reminds one of counter sale add-ons at the Hallmark store ... odd.
