I have the pearl necklace and maybe one piece is the natural pearl.

Mmmm, ofcourse it is pretty hard to say from the photo, but relatively by the surface and the shape, I would say it's fresh water (which does not rule out completely that it is a natural pearl... just makes it all the more unlikely)
Any information on the strand as a whole?

Is that a temporary strand (no knots) the pearl you are pointing out does look different to the others in the photos....is there a reason why you think that this pearl might be a natural pearl or is it just a mismatch to the others on a strand?

I would agree with Sarah and doubt the 'natural' origin of the center pearl and the two smaller pearls either side. They look like freshwater non-bead cultured pearls from the images. Of course handling the pearls is another matter altogether, so if you want to be 100% sure you need to get them tested. Not wanted to hear I am sure. Hope Sarah and myself are wrong if you do get them tested.

After long discussion I have decided that testing is pretty much worthless as a definitive answer - it is not reliable and costs a lot of money
The provenance and reason for suspecting will tell much more

You have again posted pearl photos but without any explanations as to their origins, size etc
That looks like a freshwater untreated natural colours pond slime pearl -I'm getting a load of them in in the next few weeks and have some already in stock - like these
