Why!? WHY does it have such a awkward shape... Why...

Anyone knows of more of the kind available anywhere?

It looks like two or three pearl sacs merged and at least two of them were regenerated.

I have seen some crazy shapes before. But what can you do with them unless you plan to design a unique piece around a single pearl?

I wouldn't know how to do that starting with that 'blob'.

The surface is crazy... does it happen on more reasonable shapes too?

The price is over the top- especially when you count the shipping! I think they are getting too much business!

Every shape you can imagine happens. Often those single special pearls are selected out and sold for $10 - $15 each which is really high for regenerated keshi. I matched a strand in Zhuji once with Mia that was phenomenal. But we had a lot of material to go through and it was already separated into "special" shapes.
