This a natural Mexican pink snail pearl, I found it while I was eating some ceviche and almost broke my theeth
Is it worth something? It's rougly 9mm

When you say snail, do you mean conch? Conch pearls are quite valuable.

OMG I wish it never touched acid juice or your teeth - in its original perfect condition it would be worth a LOT! Still a lucky find though. Beautiful pearl.
