Most of you have heard about my 2 fraudulent eBay purchases (2 in a row). PearlCity1998 is back to selling those earrings again with the same photo! After I complained to eBay, I noticed that they stopped offering them, although they still had the other bogus, too good to be true listings. Now we're back to the same wording, same photo for the next poor sucker. Oh, and now they've decided to keep their feedback private, so that's even worse!!! It makes me mad after all of my correspondence with eBay. A lot of good that did.

Does anyone know how eBay investigates or do they actually do anything? It really does seem like everything is in favor of the seller.

Hi opera,

It really is all in favor of the seller. Some years ago, you would actually get a real inquiry written by a real human being when you left negative feedback and often that resulted in sellers being suspended or banned. Now nobody cares. After all, it are the sellers that pay the fees not the buyers.
