Halstead beads (http://www.halsteadbead.com/) is pretty much unbeatable for that and Atlantic Gems (http://www.atlanticgems.com/Main.htm) is offering retail at acceptable prices. I have not bought from Atlantic Gems myself yet, just found their site some time ago and thought the prices are reasonable if you need small amounts as a hobbyist. Halstead I have bought from and found them good on a quality/price scale. Nothing fancy there, though.
