HELP!! Rewiring Art Deco Seed Pearl Ring

I have several Art Deco seed pearl rings I've acquired over the past years. I just purchased one that needs to have the pearls rewired/replaced. I've found the pearls, but I do not know what kind of wire to use to restring them so they will last. The current wire appears rusted. They are .75 to 1.0 mm natural seed pearls. The ring is 14kt white gold. Any direction would be appreciated.

Can you post pictures? Do you have any idea of what the diameter of the holes is?

Without seeing photos, I'd recommend 26 gauge wire in 14kt white gold, dead soft. Photos would be great though. Gauge of wire is entirely dependent on the size of the holes drilled through the pearls.
