Hi Everyone, I have two sets of pearls, one cream colored 5mm; the other a pinkish lavender color 6mm. Each clasp is marked 14k "G". I am wondering if anyone recognizes this maker's mark. I have drawn a picture of it for you. I think my aunt may have purchased them from QVC.

Welcome BeckyM,

What pretty classic cultured pearl necklaces you have there! The G could possibly stand for gold, or more likely the company that manufactured the clasp. That is a widely sold basic style gold "fish hook" clasp which is secure and often used on pearl strands. It's unlikely the initial is related to the company that sold the pearls.

This makers mark is for the manufacturer of the clasp only. Grassman-Blake
