Stauer does it again. FREE* PEARLS! 26 inch strand of 7 mm pearls.
OK I'll say something nice. They're not completely misleading the public. The blown up photo shows really crappy looking FW pearls strung with no knots, and that's probably exactly what you get. You do have to pay $25 shipping and handling, which is probably more than the cost of the pearls and the shipping combined, but they're FREEEEEE******!
The Mitsuko(R) brand name reminds me of the "Genuine" Sato watches that were sold back when Seiko watches were first big. And remember the IBM AT personal computer? There was a knockoff called the 8E. Say it out loud.
* Not valid in TX, FL, CO, OK, RI, NH, WV, OR, SC, VA and ID. In those states you have to pay a whopping 1 cent for the pearls.
I'm sorry, but Stauer runs a lot of ads in some of the magazines my husband and I subscribe to and they all drive me crazy. I feel sorry for the ad writer, or maybe I don't.
