The stamp is a very small m in a circle or shell?

Hi All, I'm encouraging the OP to post the additional photos I've seen of this necklace and a brooch. Very interesting pieces, imo. Early Miki logo?

The Mikimoto hallmark is an M inside a clam shell. I'm told it's the only mark they've ever used.

We need a loupe to see if the photo here is a circle or a clamshell.

OP said the pearls were 5-5.5mm approx, and the necklace very short, 14 1/4 in, a choker, I guess. He hopes to list these on ebay at some point Appreciate hearing your thoughts now that the additional photos are up. A number of you are way more knowledgeable about vintage and Miki than I am. But these do look authentic to me. I did advise him not to clean the pieces.
