A little bit of a late reply to your suggested article from Oceana, but I am going to use it when I go to the "Green:Sustainibility, Significance, and Style" Conference Dec 5-6 in NYC. You might have seen in a previous thread of Green Pearl Activists that I am collecting information. I hope to have a more public forum to pass on a lot of the info that I have read from sources availed to me on P-G. I may be "preaching to the choir", but also I may be able to widen the scope of direction that may come out of these sessions.
