Eating Oysters Found This

Hello...

Last night we were celebrating my nephews high school gradution and we went out to eat. Seafood of course and as I was eating oysters I thought my tooth cracked in half and was in my mouth! Horrible pain but it was this white (at first yellowish) rock that I joked around with my family and said I found a pearl. I kept it just for memories but my son insists that it is rare to find a pearl and I should investigate if it has any value. So here it is... It's not a perfect sphere but its white and slippery, smooth and white and shiny! Does it have any value?

Hopefully I've uploaded properly..first time doing this and I got the website off of someone else's posting of a similar situation.

That's a nice one! I've seen some cool little glass vials at the craft stores that could easily be made into a pendant holding your unique pearl! Great conversation piece!
