Ahh, so these are tiny beads woven in these shapes? I'd love to see in person, to see if they are karat gold wire or just what the stringing material is. All fascinating, and that amethyst pendant, WOW!

Why is he calling beading granulation? They are completely different things.

Right. Tongue in cheek granulation. I had the same reaction at first, but I came to appreciate the idea. And you don't have the headache of real granulation where the granules can roll away at the last second or suddenly melt.

One has to understand what the art of granulation is to "get" the ambiguity.

"Pearls with granulation" ~ Somewhat expected to see druzy aka popcorn pearls with their little bumps!
