Hi everybody !
I don't know if it's the right place for such a post, but I must inform you about a seller which sells false pearls instead of trues.
I have orderer to Jewelry world 9898 Store ( visible on Aliexpress) one grey tear shape freshwater pearl... I have received two, but false pearls, lacqued in grey.
You can see that on the photograph :

Oh, no! Hope you can get them to refund your money.

I could understand that; still it's so disappointing when companies get away with committing such frauds.

Aliexpress is pretty good at resolving issues. While I never had problems with the products themselves (I sometimes buy tshirts or small tools there), I have opened several cases for things lost in the mail. It was easy and pretty painless: describe the issue, wait for an answer, get a solution. In all cases, it was decided in my favour.

At the very least, consider doing it since unscrupulous sellers rely on a majority of clients not being willing to bother opening a case.

Maybe Aliexpress is right, I don't know. It's the way I buy my tools, and it's still perfect.
About these false pearls, just I have given my bad opinion and grade, to see at last that no grades are reachable about this seller, because not enough has been yet given to see one on this seller's page. It means that seller is allowed to steal a number of customers before to be known as a crook. Strange...
So, I am going to complain, writing to Wen, also. I have received low price flameball pearls from his shop... Very low price, ok, but too much expensive for half pearls : the invisible side on photo of these pearls is, in fact, the bead uncovered by any nacre. I understand that a low price pearl is not perfect, may have big flaws, but customer must be allowed to know exactly why, I think. If I had known that, it's was not a problem to buy more expensive flameball, to get better quality than the worst I have received.
Well, I am unlucky with my last orders, yet I wait to receive a few and hope it will be better.

Glad you posted feedback for them. Reputation is everything online and bad reputations should keep people away. The issue with Aliexpress and a lot of other online selling markets is that the same seller is allowed to open more than one store so there are various names one person can sell from. Thus, they can sell the same product under different store names. Having a lot of alias' allows them to rip many people off. I have never purchased from them, but see so many of the same items being sold by different sellers with the same photos. That should tell you something.

Yes Amti, that tell me something... I spend so a long time to visit many stores, to find special pearls right to be carved, I know what you explain. Anyway, it seems hazardous to buy online, so hazardous than to carve pearls : the true is that to be the most beautiful (and expensive) pearl is just a question of very thin appearence, and my work is, first, to go deeply. Sometimes, even a low quality pearl will take so a well looking that I didn't imagine... But when it's not a pearl, it's not a pearl, about the falses. And an half of a pearl would not be bought without description, low prices can't justify such omissions, as Wen doing ! Now, the worst store I have met is known, and I keep Wen as seller, but carefully.
Pattye : I have bought a green tahitian pearl, from Wen. Soon (one month) I'll be able to tell you what is happening inside.
