Can someone help me identify these pearls?

Hello! I purchased these in a lot online and my sister told me they look like Golden South Pearls. I am just starting to learn about pearls and would appreciate any help. They are vintage and the setting is 12KT gold filled, not solid gold.

Given the size and finding, my guess is dyed akoya pearls. They do look real.
