Bay Area Buying

I'm off to San Fran area including Oakland, San Jose, Napa -wherever and was hoping to do some pearl/gem beads/findings etc. shopping while there. Much to my dismay, Sarah from Kojima will not be around and I'm wondering if there are any places/people any of you might recommend. Who's in the area? I'll be there 3/19 - 3/25.

Definitely visit Sea Hunt Pearls. Call first @ (415) 543-7900. I work with Jack (the owner) but I've met some of his sales staff and they're great, too.

And as a general side note: Fuji and I are often travelling, so if anyone is planning a trip to the San Francisco Bay area please just give us some notice and we would be happy to talk pearls with you in person! Always nice to meet face to face!

Yes, on Market Street. Another place for pearls, also on Market Street (I think), is Yen's Jewelry. I don't have the number handy but it's worth a visit, too.
