It's not possible to tell the grade from the photo. This should be included with the necklace though. It looks like a strand of Mikimoto pearls with box.

I have another pic yes they are Mikimoto

What I mean is that it's not going to be possible to accurately determine the Mikimoto grade from a photo. There should be a certificate with the pearls that has the grade.

I will have to have Mikimoto apraise them I dont have the certificate

That would be the best thing to do. Go into an actual Mikimoto store. Then you can also visually compare the strand against the various grades.
