AAA strand imperfections?

Hi everyone. I just had a quick question, is it normal for an AAA graded strand to have a few blemishes and are fw pearls tissue nucleated?

Most of the time you will be able to find some imperfections although they would be very slight. Then again it really depends on the grading scale used as well.
Freshwater pearls are tissue nucleated. This is one of the reasons they are rarely round.
