    My new freshwaters. :-)

Hello Pearl Peeps: (I don't remember who coined that term first, but I love it.) I have another freshwater necklace from Pearl Paradise. This one is longer (36 inch), and the pearls are not quite as large or drop shaped. I put them all on today, like three necklaces. Got myself all excited...

    FW Pearls on Steroids?

Cyndayco: "the high cost per wear" of the pearls …. that is an intelligent way of looking at it, really. You want to get a good bang-for-your-buck, and wear them all the time. But wow, those fatties are sure cool looking pearls! Great photos. Linda.

what is the best quality grade for circled Tahitians?

Hello Montacute: I think sometimes, the big 14 and 15 mm pearls do not have as much colour as the smaller pearls. It may be harder to get the colours you want. Perhaps I am wrong, and will be corrected shortly. :-) Linda.

    Why pearls?

Haha Wendy! Hello White Ferrero: As others have posted here, pearls have been desirable forever, so there is a long history. They are not "trendy", gone tomorrow. I love natural things; like opals and amber. Pearls are the same, from nature. They grew in a mollusc, and each one is unique. I...

    Help Appreciated With Evaluating Item

Hello Khanzy: Pearl Dreams is right, the pearl will not look quite that colourful in real life. (But it will probably still be lovely.) That ebay seller is respected and trustworthy, I believe. There is a forum posting here on PG showing vendor photos compared to the photos taken by the...
