There are further photo's at the bottom of the listing. I thought they were baroque south seas each pearl is 14mm which is very large. They do have a beautiful orient and are very unusual.

This is a very unique item and it is the kind of thing I dream of owning. It looks very much like baroque item which would date to around the Elizabethan era circa 1550. Although I am not an expert. This is most certainly an item fit for a museum. But as stated above you would need to get it...

Yes the white is very similar to them. It is a fairly large diamond in the finding which is 18ct white gold, however, I think the finding is a later addition because looking very closely at the bail on the pearl it looks like yellow gold. The tiny diamond embedded in the pearl is a very old cut...
